Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, based on the following criteria associated with our return policy:

Due to Manufacturers' policies, some products we display and carry are not available for shipping. Please call our toll free number for complete details on availability of shipping of products to your area.
Any order less then $150.00 will be charged a flat fee of $8.00 for shipping and handling. (The $8.00 fee applies to shipments within the lower 48 states only. Please call our toll free number for shipping charges to any other locations.)
We ship orders fast!! Items usually ship the same day as ordered.
Pocono Sew & Vac prides itself on maintaining a full inventory of the products we sell. However, occasionally an item is temporarily out of stock. In that case, the customer will be notified immediately and the item will automatically be shipped when it arrives.
Class Cancellation Policy
All Pocono Sew & Vac classes must to be paid in full before the class begins to reserve a seat. In the event that a student needs to cancel their reservation for a class, they should notify PS&V at least 7 days in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 2-6 days before class will be issued a store credit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Every attempt is made to run classes as scheduled. However, if Pocono Sew & Vac needs to cancel or reschedule a class due to less than required enrollment or the unavailability of an instructor, the student will be given to option to sign up for another, receive a store credit, or full refund.
PLEASE NOTE: We understand that you may need to cancel a class due to an emergency. Please remember that our teachers spend time, and sometimes money, preparing for their classes. It is not fair to our teachers if you cancel your class for any other reason then an emergency. Please respect this policy.
